5 simple productivity tips to save time and transform your week
Like any entrepreneur, productivity is certainly your main concern. But does being more productive mean being more disciplined? Or giving yourself more work hours? A little birdie tells me that sometimes the solution is much simpler than that!

To save time, get more done and transform your working week in general, here are some simple productivity tips to consider.
Tip #1: Love what you do!
One of my top productivity tips: no matter how well you organise and plan your day, if you donʼt enjoy what you are doing, you will always have a problem.
To solve it, you may have to work around the reasons why you are resisting a task. Sometimes this can simply be a sign that you need to stop doing everything on your own and start outsourcing some of the tasks on your list.
Tip #2: Remove non-essential tasks from your day
This is not about hearing yet another productivity tip about outsourcing (although that is a good option for tasks that need to be done!), but rather about eliminating distractions and minimising the frequency of non-essential tasks.
Take the example of scrolling on social media or checking your email. These are both tasks that need to be done, but you can easily limit how often you do them each day. Notifications are another good example. That little notification reminder that rings and pops up only serves to distract you: turn it off!
Tip #3: Start your day on the right foot
You donʼt have to get up very early if it isnʼt the best time of day for you, but if you start your day in an organised and optimal way it can benefit you. Spend a few minutes planning your day and getting your to-do list straight.
Having a morning routine of your own can also add to it. Whether it is meditating, taking a walk or reading an inspirational book, doing the same things each day can help you prepare mentally, physically and emotionally for the day ahead.
Tip #4: Work to deadlines
We tend to work better when we have deadlines to meet. The problem is that our tasks tend to fill up the time allotted (Parkinson's Law), in other words, the goal of completing a task "within the month" means that it will often take up the month's time.
Set a stricter time goal for your tasks. You will be more likely to focus on them and complete them in less time.
Tip #5: Group your tasks
When you group tasks together, you minimise the time and effort required for each task. Switching from one application or tool to another wastes precious seconds, as does switching from one type of task to another.
Try to group similar tasks together. When you check your emails, take the opportunity to send all the emails you were supposed to write. If you need to create a graphic, create all the graphics you need. And if you record videos, record several. You'll be surprised at how much time this can save and how much it can improve your productivity levels.
