N° 15: Use applications to block distractions
When working on certain activities, use the "do not disturb" settings on your computer and phone. Certain websites can be blocked using tools such as Self Control or Freedom. Use them to block websites that are distracting, such as social networking or news sites.
N° 16: Use time management applications
Understanding what you do with your time is the greatest way to manage it. You can measure your progress and discover your procrastination habits by using time management software.
Setting a timer can help you focus better and tell your brain to get into work mode.
Toggl Track, Clockify, and ClickUp, among other free programs, are usually easy to use and available on a wide range of platforms. There is also a slew of paid time-tracking apps available, such as Harvest of Time Doctor.
N° 17: Reduce your open windows
Focus your attention by working on a single screen and opening only one window. Disconnecting is another option, but let's not go that far.
N° 18: Organise your email
Cluttered inboxes are a waste of time. Managing your inbox is the most effective way to improve e-mail communication and spend less time on exchanges.

Here are some ideas to help you filter, manage, and respond to e-mails more quickly:
Emails that may contain critical information but do not necessitate an urgent response should be archived.
Create action labels such as URGENT, PENDING, and REQUEST ACTION, and then follow through on them.
Filters can be used to automatically add labels to incoming messages based on the sender or other information/keywords in the message.
